Picked it up. “What the heck is this??” _Double-click to increase your attack speed by 25%, and to reduce your skill activation time by 15% for the next 10 minutes. For 72...90 seconds, your movement and attack speeds are increased by 10...15%. If you are drunk while activating this skill, your movement and attack speeds are increased by 25...33% instead."
