Problem getting into Guild Wars 1

So I thought I'd go back and try to run at least once through the main story arc and so I could link the two accounts. I've run the gambit of every email/password I know, but I can't get into the game. It's telling me that either the email or the pw is invalid. I went to file a ticket, and it wants the original access key. I bought the game digitally, years ago, and I have no idea what it is, or where it may be stored, so I can't file a ticket.

 

Edit: It let me submit the ticket, after I posted this, guess it wanted to see if I was really me?

Did you already link your GW1 account to your GW2 account? If you did, your login information is now the same for both (as in, GW1 is now using GW2's login and password (email and password).

I can't link it until I log in, at least, there's no option to do so.

You link it from 'My Account'. I've not before heard anyone state they could not link before logging into GW1.

When I try to link the account, it wants the username and password. Since none of the passwords that I'm trying to use work to log in, they also don't work to identify the account. I've already purchased the game, and at least two of the expansions, I just can't gain access to them.

Your account may have been compromised if it has been idle for some time, as well.
