no there are no build templates yet so no way to easily swap from pve to pvp.

 

check metabattle, youtube, reddit or these forums for multiple builds people have used in pvp and pve

To elaborate on what Prophet said a little; PvE and PvP use entirely different gearing/build structures.

 

PvP uses a Panel to setup PvP specific options for what your build will be and does not touch anything that you currently have equipped other than what weapons you have slotted.

 

So once you have a build set in PvP and PvE, going between the gamemodes won't change overwrite any of your selections for either gamemode unless you use different weapons in each gamemode, which is a painless enough fix.

Today will be release the new patch with new balance regarding sPVP mostly and a little bit WvW. You will find a good build in few days here or on https://metabattle.com/wiki/MetaBattle_Wiki .
