As a chronomancer I haven't found any meaningful build that makes this trait worth taking, especially given the ICD of 3 seconds. Yeah sure staff Chaos Storm might actually interrupt, then you have diversion on a 30ish seconds CD, a possible stun from shield and if you're particoularly creative you also have mantra. Not that the alternatives are actually any better, but something is better than almost nothing... However, given the big amount of stability and blocks occurring nowadays, I find it procs extremely rarely, if ever. What do you guys think? Do you pick something else?
