Then my son read on GW2 support forums and decided to repair my client. IT WORKED! Try repairing your client. I was able to play last night with no problems. I hope this helps you all!! I did a fresh install of the game, and was getting speeds like 500kb/sec and 0kb/sec and this made it to where I stay around 2mb and 3mb :) Thanks!
