Regular clothing armor

Recommended Posts

I would love to see some new armor that you obtain in PVE that has some regular clothing looks. It seems a lot of the new gear and looks are geared towards higher end characters or dungeons or raids and such.... for those of us who do not do any of that the current armor pieces get old. Just some short sleeved tops or regular looking pants and jeans. Something that would look right for that every day hero. Even some cool new exotic looking armor would be great in PVE for everyday quality of life improvements.

Just wanted to see if others shared my same wants.

Thanks

This very similar to the[ clothing tonics which recently you can trade in for outfits](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Tonic#Clothing_Tonics " clothing tonics which recently you can trade in for outfits"). Although, they used to be, essentially, [armor pieces](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Town_clothing "armor pieces").

I'd say if armor isn't an option, at least make these tonics more attainable (rather than dropping hundreds of gold on the TP). Personally, as a Sylvari, I run around with the [Common Clothing Outfit](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Common_Clothing_Outfit "Common Clothing Outfit") because it looks like I'm not wearing anything in PvP.

I would like to seem them add some more "clothing style" armors. One thing that's frustrated me since launch is that the only skirts in the game are either A. that one miniskirt you can start with, or B something that's ankle-length in the back and completely open in the front, with little in between. They need to make some more standard minis.

Not to mention the complete lack of a simple pair of pants for female casters

You are limited in using your skills when transformed by those tonics, which is why I would love them to turn the clothing tonics into armor or at least outfits!

Those clothing tonics can be turned into outfits that can be used in combat.

>Since December 12, 2017 all clothing tonics can be traded for outfits at Black Lion Trader (Merchant) in Lion's Arch.
