Skuzz.6580 Posted September 23, 2017 Share Posted September 23, 2017 Seriously.. The amount of DCs and maps not loading, the amount of Alt-F4s I have to do, the huge lag spikes in Desolation.. It is just unplayable, and I could not find 1 message from Anet saying they are even aware of this issue let alone work on it. Please communicate with your customers.. To clarify the issue: The Desolation is a huge issue right now, half my guild can't get in or needs 8-10 tries to even load the map. I was lucky enought to only need 5 the first time I entered The Desolation, but now that I want to reach the last zone I first have like a 10% chance of The Desolation loading, being ported back to the start of map, port back down, get to the Vabbi gate, and have yet to enter vhabi.. after 3 tries (which took me 30 loading attempts on The Desolation lasting over an hour) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

BANISHED.9785 Posted September 23, 2017 Share Posted September 23, 2017 Not to mention the multiple people in the account and technical support thread issue of players including myself who purchased the game from within the game, received confirmation emails, money withdrawn from our account and our accounts are not upgraded.
