Seriously.. The amount of DCs and maps not loading, the amount of Alt-F4s I have to do, the huge lag spikes in Desolation.. It is just unplayable, and I could not find 1 message from Anet saying they are even aware of this issue let alone work on it.

 

Please communicate with your customers..

 

To clarify the issue:

The Desolation is a huge issue right now, half my guild can't get in or needs 8-10 tries to even load the map.

I was lucky enought to only need 5 the first time I entered The Desolation, but now that I want to reach the last zone I first have like a 10% chance of The Desolation loading, being ported back to the start of map, port back down, get to the Vabbi gate, and have yet to enter vhabi.. after 3 tries (which took me 30 loading attempts on The Desolation lasting over an hour)

It's Saturday (still, at least where I am) and besides, there wasn't a time when they would release something that was without a large amount of bugs.

Agree totally, This launch has been an absolute disaster and to totally ignore your customer base is beyond abismal. People can't even start the "Sparking the Flame" prologue and there is no patch, no word from anet no NOTHING.

Elon River is a nightmare to get in too. You get the same infinite loading screen.

Not to mention the multiple people in the account and technical support thread issue of players including myself who purchased the game from within the game, received confirmation emails, money withdrawn from our account and our accounts are not upgraded. Not even a hey we are looking into this issue. I guess that's not an important enough issue. Frustrating.
