Erroneous reimbursement of Recording Devices

I finished the back item collection before the patch, so these are of absolutely no use to me, and furthermore are an annoying problem. I received 1 e-mail containing 5 Recording Devices last night, and 2 more this afternoon.

 

Not very happy that:

1) I cannot delete the mails

2) I have to accept them all and delete them all one at a time (fifteen for kitten sake!)

 

Who is going to fix this problem?

 

And why did I even get them at all?

 

This feels like some kind of bizarre punishment.

I second that. I could probably still use some of them, but getting these mails also clogged my inbox. xD

I third this, whilst I applaud anet for the reimbursement, I too had finished the backpack as there was no telling when we was likely to get a resolve, I would have rather preferred a return on the diflourite crystals as these could have re used for something else and take time to mine or get through hearts, but now have the 15 useless recording devices...........

I don't see the problem. Deleting them takes less than a minute, and after accepting you can also delete the support messages received.
