How many Allies Does the Shout Protect Me Stun Break?

I was curious how many allies protect me the shout utility stun breaks. On the skill and wiki it doesn't specify if it has an ally limit. On sloth one druid didn't bring protect me and chewed out the second druid for not stun breaking everyone with their "protect" (mirror comp 2 subs) . I was fairly certain it was a 5 ally capped skill but now i'm uncertain after checking it to see it doesn't say. I know the skill prioritizes sub members but does anyone know or can test it?

It has a range cap for sure but yeah i have no clue either on the target cap.
