random freezing during gameplay and error code 42

HI

i have been having this problem for a long time game freezes while im playing i can move but i cant use any skill or interact with the world sometimes the game log out and sometime it comes back to normal after 20 or 30 seconds and i keep getting this error "The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time. This is most commonly caused by firewall or router settings, security applications, or connecting through a campus network. For additional support, please visit http://support.guildwars2.com."....i tried repairing my client reseting my router changing my operation system but nothing seems to work..i cant play the game anymore cause of this problem..if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me ..srry for bad english not my first language .
