Slow Character Animations. Known issue?

The past few days, my character animates so slowly. Applies when doing anything like jumping, walking, mounts, etc. I'm not sure if I'm actually moving and attacking slower, though. I feels slower, but animation and actions are still in sync. The only exception I caught so far is crafting. The crafting bar doesn't accurately reflect progress. FPS or graphic settings does not seems to affect the animation speed.
