Was Kalla’s Fervor Originally Intended to be a party buff?

Did anyone else get the impression that KF (at least to some extent) would be a party-wide buff? I think I remember the Renegade preview video saying “boost the fervor of your allies...”

would be nice but imagine I saw the tooltip for rit of dwarf from earlier test and it was supposed to to Invulnerablility for grp ....

but kalla as grp buff would be nice for raids etc and pvp to make rev a real support

... yep here it is... “...and boost allies with her fervor” I suppose they could’ve been making a generic reference to the so-called party-boosting spirits. We have one that does one very short tick of bleeding every second, one that heals for a trivial amount, and another that steals a small amount of health. I would hardly call that boosting allies.
