Require Assistance

Recently posted a ticket and didn't receive a reply or any notice that its being viewed or handled. My Authenticator I need reset or removed so I can make a new 1 due to me forgetting my old one from last year. Please view my ticket and or atleast give me some kind of feedback. My ticket number is Ticket #6873401

~~You can read the Sticky about not getting emails~~ (never mind, seems that has been removed), or log into your (Support) account to view any action(s).

You can update your ticket to inquire about progress.

You can make sure the your email provider is not blocking emails, and add all ArenaNet and guildwars2.com addresses to the whitelist.
