Interface request - Character model limit!

Could we please have it so the game always will prioritize nearby friendly npcs over players? I have the character limit set at medium to cope with higher graphics setting in busy areas and zergs, and npcs will frequently disappear in player congested areas, sans their name plates. Id rather see friendly npcs instead of players at busy times in congested places, if im looking for a specific npc service.

As far as i know, the model limit setting only applies to players. Its likely that the npcs models are being delayed from the characters that are loading in.

 

Recently Anet has been taking a sloppy approach to model loading. I would rather have it take a few more seconds on a load screen and make sure everything is loaded properly (minus players) rather than getting spawned in to invisible npcs/objects.
