placing decorations

sorry if this has been asked before. i cant find an answer. so.. im placing guild hall decorations. but the only option i have is number 1 which is place. (2-5 delete). how do i rotate the items etc? i cant place anything by clicking with the mouse, i have to press number 1. using mouse and pressing 1 doesn't work. i cannot figure this out and its bugging the hell out of me!. any help would be great. thankyou xx

If you hold your mouse button down and then rotate your hand you will see directional arrows appear on the item your placing. Then release mouse button and then either use 1 or double click your mouse button to place

pressing my mouse button does nothing. holding it down does nothing. i can rotate the camera with the right button, or rotate the camera by holding the left button. if i place a decorations, it doesnt work. if i highlight the item, its doesnt work. if i try before placeing, it doesnt work. no directional arrows appear at all.

so my guild member is getting a red circle in his number 1 box. he can rotate stuff. i never get that red circle, unkless i hold left button in the number 1 box. then it places 10 of the item on top of ewach opther, but does nothing. i am getting so annoyed

Are you getting the items from the "pallete" skill?

It sounds like you have ground targeting set to fast cast in options. If that's enabled using 1 will skip the preview step that allows you to rotate. Go into your options and see if it's enabled.
