Gaining Dishonor without connecting to a PvP ranked match

I have been queing ranked pvp matches and gaining dishonor without even connecting to a match repeatedly. I don't even connect to the match before being disconnected. Very frustrating! It's one thing to earn it for leaving a match, or disconnecting from a match in progress. It's another to not even connect to the match and get locked out for increasing periods of time. I need 5 more ranked wins to get the legendary pvp backpack. >.
