Kain Francois.4328
Concussion Shot: Renamed Distracting Shot. - Activation time reduced by 30%. - Functionality Change: No longer stuns when hitting a foe from the back. Instead, it will stun a foe if used while they are performing an action. If interrupted, any skill they are using (except autoattack) will be disabled an additional 15 seconds. - New Description: "Daze your foe with an arrow. Stun them if you hit while they are performing an action and disable that skill for additional cool-down. " Note: Dazes and Stuns if interrupting. Mechanically this is for breakbar purposes. I feel this change would invoke a lot of the joy of a GW1 Ranger.
Krispera.5087
Any ideas that remove the flanking from SBow is welcomed by me. It's an old mechanic that has no place in today fast pacing game. I can understand positioning and movement were important, but the game was also way slower. Also, I like your idea, since I remember rangers using [it](https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Distracting_Shot "https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Distracting_Shot") in gw1 :) ! A [Power Block](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Power_Block "https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Power_Block") for SBow ? It would give SBow a strong identity beside being simply a condi weapon. Being on the weapon skill might be too OP, but I can see it on LoyF.
Kain Francois.4328
If the idea is overpowered, then I imagine it could be a nice grandmaster trait... Problem is that Light on Feet (skirmishing grandmaster) already does a bajillion things.
