Support ticket times? GW1 Account issue

Literally in the same minute according to the timestamp. If you hover the mouse over the "6 days ago" or whatever after "created" on the ticket, it should give you your exact local time (same trick works for last activity). The of the email should be

(minus the <> brackets) and it is sent from guildwars2.zendesk.com domain, so maybe try searches on ticket ID, "zendesk", and the sender email which is: support@guildwars2.com. Hope you find it!
