Caledon Forest : Cant use Skills.

Hi!

 

I was walking south from the Sperrins Waypoint in the direction of the POI Briarthon Den.

The direct way with the Springer Mount.

 

Before i could get close to the Red Leafs i got teleportet to the Heart Vendor.

 

The Bug here was that after the teleport i could not use any skill.

I tried it twice.

I could always not use any skills.

 

I could fix it by changing the map
