I just made a 24-Slot Gossamer Saddlebag for my main (Elementalist) on my Ranger who I had to finish Tailoring from 450 to 500. I transferred it back to the bank and was planning using it till I saved up more to upgrade it to the 28 then 32. BUT then I realized since it says soulbound that I wouldn't be able to transfer it back to my Ranger to upgrade it. This is BS!
