Unified Build Window

I think it would be quite useful to have an unique window build where modify the Pve, WvW and PvP builds, all in one place without having to switch between maps/mode.

Same thing for the Equipment, it would not be bad.

And exaggerate as well :) ...Can we have a separate slot for runes from armor in PvE and WvW? Something like in PvP, where we can change armor without having to buy/recover runes to put in the new one ?
