I had an account I made pre-heart of thorns, in which I played hundreds of hours on the vanilla game. I have recently been looking to play again however I cannot remember my password, problem is, is that to change my password I need mobile authentication in which the account is linked to a phone number I no longer own. I cannot submit a help ticket since I can't sign into my old account to do so and I only have access to the account on the Arena.net website since my Chrome saved the login details to login, but I can no further change anything about the account, even attempting to change the old phone number requires me to get a code sent to the old phone number. Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted May 6, 2018 Share Posted May 6, 2018 Just use the 'Submit Ticket Anonymously' option. It makes no difference whether you log in to submit a ticket, or don't.
