Guild Enhancements are only available to players with Heart of Thorns.

Before HoT this problem did not exist and everyone could profit from the enhancements. Too bad Anet completly changed the way they work when they got rid of influence

Not exactly. Those are things that come with LW3, not HoT itself.

thats a somewhat redundant distinction, u need hot to access lw3, so "PoF only people don't get a 5th downed skill or a special action key either."

This can and should be fixed. It feels like an oversight at this point.

 

I understood the reason for it at HoT release, wanting one more carrot to convert free-to-play to paid, but in 2018 it's just kind of petty. Especially since they may have PoF, and not be a free-to-play account at all. It's also one of the main benefits of joining a max-level guild.

 

There's nothing more frustrating than introducing a new player to your guild hall, showing them around, and then being like...oh you don't have HoT you can't get that benefit. It hardly encourages them to be social and hang out in the guild hall.

How is that a redundant, you understand that LW3 doesn't come with HoT, right? Even if someone has HoT but not LW3 they don't have those things you talking about, they are bonus for LW3 owners and it's listed in product details. As well as Guild Enrichment are listed in PoF product details
