Rime-Rimmed Mariner's Rebreather - Make this a wardrobe skin, please?

The mentioned rebreather is only exotic in quality and thus cannot be infused with the new Swim-speed Infusions. Can we have a wardrobe skin for it, please?

Wintersday gathering tools don't have skins of their own, either. One can only hope.

I second that. I would love to have that as a skin so I could apply it to one of the ascended re-breathers. (And it would fit right in with the re-breathers from the Bitterfrost...)

The problem is, the skin is just the standard aquabreather skin. The effect is tied to the item, not the skin, or else all standard aquabreather skins would have this effect. So the wardrobe doesn't brings us closer to a solution. Letting us upgrade it to ascended or turning it into an infusion would be a more feasible solution for ANet, I'd say.

Was thinking about that as well, would be awesome. Its waaaaay _cooler_ (see what i did there?) than the new one imo.
