Log into a different character 3. Log out of that character 4. Log back to your main or other character where that error occurred. Repair mode takes quite a lengthy mount of time, upwards of an hour: "Z:\Games\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe" -repair (have a hard drive just for games) ** InstanceCreate failed. I keep entering the same instance for the same 2 fights and then midway through one scene worth of talking, the game crashes.
