Me and my girlfriend alternate entering the instance, which circumvents the failed to create instance error so far. Not getting any error messages here, just an infinte loading screen on the prologue. After some minutes the game disconnects, and restarts the client. It doesn't actually load the story instance at all. I deleted my cache and dat files but that didn't help at all. Tried a few different characters and they each had the same problem.
