Mesmer Kamohoali'i Kotaki post patch

So, this is a dumb and petty complaint, and it was already mentioned by a comment in the post about Mesmer changes from the patch:

 

Feigned Surge (spear #2) is the only Mesmer skill that can set off the shark bite effect from Kamohoali'i Kotaki. Before May 8, it wasn't such a big deal since the skill will just charge through your target and hit multiple times. Now, the skill ends after you reach the target. It can hit other enemies on the way to whatever you're targeting, but it's not likely you'll have a lot of enemies bunched up in a nice line between you and whatever you're charging at. The change to Feigned Surge means that you barely ever get to see the shark effect, which is arguably the main selling point to the spear.

 

It'd be nice if this was changed, either by changing Feigned Surge back or enabling critical hits from the auto-attack or from Vortex (spear #5) to set the shark effect off as well.

well if u use mirage, ambush 1 on the spear spawns alot of sharks :>

I think I just found my next underwater legendary to make.

 

Also Kraitkin is even worse under water.
