Buying gems from the site [Suggestion]

Basically, my suggestion is making gems available for purchase at the official online store; not only in-game.

I, many other people, are having problems buying gems from the in-game store (we always get errors). I've had the same issue when I tried to the expansions form the in-game store but it worked online.

 

All I'm saying is that many people have been getting error messages from when they tried to buy gems and this issue has been going on for months (from what I've seen)

 

Note: I have submitted a ticket but I still haven't gotten a response
