Especially after this recent expansion release, there is a lot of bugs and issues they're working on. I'm sure someone will contact you soon. Or at least let me know that they tried to talk with me but i wasn't there ). Really, i hope that's not a serious answer, or it would be probably the worst customer service ever. Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted September 24, 2017 Share Posted September 24, 2017 Well, the CS Team doesn't control the internet. Sometimes mail can get lost, or waylaid by email providers, more often. As stated, updating a ticket will re-open it, should it have been closed for any reason (other than a final decision by the Team). Good luck.
