When was Vine-Touched Destroyer Glider last available?

I'm not about to ask or demand it be brought back as I presume, like most things, it exits in a rotation of some description and will eventually return.

 

However I would like to know if anyone was aware the last time it was available so I can gauge some level of time before I can expect it to return.

(...as in if I missed it recently I know I'll probably be waiting a long time xD)
