why didnt my last few matches count???

my last several games didn't count with a few minutes left before season end cutoff...I only needed a few games for 120...why did you cut it off before you said you were going to cut it off?

I know this pain. I won 2 games 30 mintes before season should have ended and those games didn't count...

Season ended at 1:30 or a little bit sooner than that, not at 1:59:59.

I guess they ended it 30mins early to ensure that all qualifying matches were completed before reset and then at reset the scores were finalized and rewards were given. That's just my theory, though.

Season ended 1 hour before reset.

This has been standard for the last few seasons and I completely agree that if you're 1 match away from the next rank, completing your 120 or just finishing the chest tracks it's very frustrating the first time.

I'm not sure players were given a justification for this but I think there was a comment about the system needing to compile the results and have them prepared for reset.

Still I personally think that they need to either finish **on** reset (like many other systems) or provide clear closing times.
