Aligatohra.2745 Posted June 5, 2018 Share Posted June 5, 2018 hey, i didnt play gw2 for quite some time and when i came back now and did stuff like tequatl or the legendary bountys with tons of people, i get nearly all 30 secs lags that go on for about 30-60 secs. I have no idea what the cause for that is but when i check task manager i see guild wars nearly using all my network capacity. Anyone else with the same problem or a fix for it ? ( i never disconnect from the game, i only have these huge lagspikes) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
SlippyCheeze.5483 Posted June 5, 2018 Share Posted June 5, 2018 It sounds like your network just isn't keeping up, but the volume of traffic shouldn't be *that* big. Do you have the game fully downloaded? If it is streaming down models and textures, that might explain it. Otherwise, I can recommend https://www.pingplotter.com/fix-your-network as a good guide to figuring out if there is a network related problem triggering this, or not.
