Xtinct.7031
Seriously, what is the point of this trait?
PopeUrban.2578
chaining stolen skills by doing mark>stolen skill>cantrip>stolen skill on a single target without losing malice stacks. Unlike steal, mark's skills are pretty much universally applicable as they all give boons/conidtions with a basically instant cast time at range so there's no reason to hold on to them to time stuff and you're encouraged to spam them. Xtinct.7031
So it recharges the stolen skill? not replaced the exsisting one with a new random one as it states in the tool tip?
PopeUrban.2578
You gain one at random, as if you had stolen from a random enemy.
Arance.2698
It ill replace the existing one if you have one. If you don't have one, it gives you a random one. So use any you have beforehand.
Doggie.3184
It's for fast might stacking with Fire for Effect and makes the Elite skill pretty useful just for that.. Could be used for even more support if Peripheral Vision wasn't so bad.
Leo Schrodingers Cat.2497
The stolen skill chaining is actually pretty good. When you hit full malice, chaining up multiple skills just tends to really fuck with opponents and cause them to burn condi clenases. Mean while you're sitting on a plethora of boons.
