Carroll.3951 Posted June 12, 2018 Share Posted June 12, 2018 Hi, I bought a disk for the HoT expansion today from a store today and is trying to get it to update. It was a new copy and just came with a disk and a installation manual. Ive downloaded the game and logged into play but my account has not updated to include the new content. You may need to return to the retailer, or if it is an Authorized Retailer, submit a ticket to the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below. Good luck.
