Best Stances/weapons for DPS

Hi guys I was wondering what are the best weapons and stances for a DPS revenant? I use my revenant for PvE (not fractals or raids) with herald specialisation, Sword/axe + hammer and for my stances glint/dwarf. My stuff is full zerk. What do you think?

For not running fractals or raids? If say what you're running is pretty close to optimal, if not, is optimal. Possibly use staff over hammer but its situational. Possibly swap out axe for offhand sword for more dps.
