killahmayne.9518 Posted June 28, 2018 Share Posted June 28, 2018 I sent a ticket close to a month ago, admittedly the issue is a fairly complex one but I haven't gotten a response as of yet. Wondering if other people have had it take this long for Anet to respond to an issue. I almost feel as if ANet didn't get my ticket i submitted or completely forgot about it.
