Are the fov and mouse sensitivity settings alterable through a client sided config file?

are the values for those two settings only accessible through the numberless gui? or is there a config file i can edit to precisely set my preferred values?

i know a guy that has a site that allows you to calculate the distance or sensitivity required to get the desired 360 degree camera spin at a specific mouse dpi, which really helps keep your muscle memory sharp when every game you play has the same movement feel, and he would need access to a client sided config to do the calculations without access to numeric values in the gui. the only other option for getting the actual value just is to really an option, and that would be using cheat engine to scan for the values of those settings...

I believe they are stored in `local.dat`, but I'm not certain. You could scan that for changes instead, and see if you can binary edit it, but ... there is no textual configuration file. (It lives in appdata\roaming)
