Daddicus.6128 Posted July 4, 2018 Share Posted July 4, 2018 The wiki (https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Heroics_Notary#vendor43) says that the Heroics Notary in WvW sells Yassith's inscription. But, I can't find it anywhere in his wares. However, the fifth and sixth panes of the Notary's panel are blank. They're the Heart of Thorns panels, so I suspect they would be there.
