rng.1024 Posted July 6, 2018 Share Posted July 6, 2018 Notice how that extra second doubles the cooldown of the sigil in PvP. Another thing to note is WvW allow for a lot more min/maxing, and therefore it is easier to achieve higher boon uptime.
