Complete the rest of the fortress (building, streets, docks etc.) and allow players to explore Gandara after the final Boss fight. Get rid of the "reward room" and spread every chest like in Palawadan. Maybe add one more event with those Hecket to Bokoss Prison. I'm almost sure the whole area would gain from this... Toughts?
