One of our buddies is having issues accessing his GW1 account due to the security system being connected to an old sim card to an old phone. He has an open ticket(6995474) but is having trouble getting a response. Sorry if this is the wrong place but we are super excited to play through GW1 together. Will be my first time. I am pretty sure I know what it is so put my ticket in 4-5 days ago.. nothing as yet, but eek I hope its not going to be 18+ days to get my account link looked into or maybe throw me a GW1 character name I used.. cos that's what I think it is and should be reasonably simple to check I am who I am and advise me one of those characters I used to play... please ANET Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
