Weird issue with players Portals (Mesmer's, Necros)

I've had this really weird behaviour since I started playing again few weeks ago.

I don't have to click "F" to use a player generated teleport, as if I had the button on turbo or manually spamming it. The weirdest thing is that I have no interaction issues that requires said button anywhere else. I can interact with npcs just fine. It's really annoying because my toon keeps bouncing between the tps

I tried to check my keybinds and I'm not seeing anything strange. I've also tried using default mouse profile (I have a Logitech G600) with no luck
