Can’t connect to login server error pop ups only during prime time

So yesterday I was doing some spvp before 8 and everything was fine (8 pm est). But when I played again at 10 pm two hours later I kept getting this pop up that my game lost connection to the login server. The game was still working but I couldn’t talk in guild chat and this pop up came up a good ten times. This has happened to me before but it only seems like it happens to me after 9pm est.
