Thoughts about Recipe: Keeper's Zealot's Insignia

I was looking into acquisition of recipes which were missing from my account. I dig deep and found some inconsistencies among the acquistion of the insignia recipes.

I could divide the acquisition sources like this during my research:

* Most of the ingsignia recipes are automatically recieved.

* Most of the Insignia recipes are available through a Master Crafter which are Account-Bound

* Some Insignia Recipes are available with HoT Map Currencies

* Two Insignia Recipes are available with SW or DryTop Currencies (Sinister/Nomad)

* Recipe: Settler's Intricate Gossamer Insignia can be recieved from Karka World Boss - This is Okay because Karka Queen is permanent content.

* Giver's or similiar insigna recipes which are wintersday themed are available only during Wintersday or TP which is OK because Wintersday is recurring.

* Recipe: Lunatic Gossamer Insignia is halloween themed and is only available during Halloween which is OK becasue Halloween is recurring.

* Recipe: Guild Insignia is available through Guild Commendations.

* Many Temprorary Available, Release themed Insignia Recipes have later been made available with Pact Supply Network Agent.

 

Now; Recipe: Keeper's Zealot's Insignia was available during The Origins of Madness (LWS1). As I listed above the temporary available recipes are made available via Pact Supply Network Agent. But somehow the Recipe: Keeper's Zealot's Insignia not!

 

Am I missing something or is the Recipe: Keeper's Zealot's Insignia only Insignia recipe which is UNAVAILABLE ?! Why is that? Why is it not available via Pact Supply Network? Is this a oversight?

Well, there's hundreds available on the TP, so it probably isn't an issue at this time.

Maybe when there is some scarcity, there will be another source for it. Maybe even next week!

Alritght I did more reseearch and the conclusion: There are 88 Insignia Recipes which are **not **automatically unlocked in the game :

* 1 recieved from Unbound Magic Vendor -> Permanent Content

* 4 recieved via PoF currency / drop -> Permanent Content

* 58 received via Master Craftsman with Karma -> Permanent Content

* 2 recieved from drops on old Releases or now via Pact Supply Network Agent or TP -> Permanent Content

* 12 received via HoT currency / Heroics Notary -> Permanent Content

* 2 received via DryTop currency -> Permanent Content

* 2 received via Silverwastes currency -> Permanent Content

* 3 received as drop only during Wintersday or TP -> Recurring Content

* 1 is received via drop from Karka Queen WB -> Permanent Content

* 1 received via Guild Initiative Representative -> Permanent Content

* 1 received as drop only during Halloween or TP -> Recurring Content

* 1 is received as drop during The Origins of Madness (LWS1) or via TP -> WHY GOD WHY!?

 

Do you see it now! Am I too crazy?!

Yeah of course it is available in TP. And when all the instances of the recipe in TP is bought and cosumed the recipe will be absolutely unavailable? That seriously doesnt look like an attempt to create a Economy around this one Insignia Recipe. It looks more like an oversight.

Maybe somebody official can look into this and reply if it is intended or not. I dont even know where to put this thread.
