The new account is just over a month old (29 days at this point) but I still cannot send anything via mail. I know new accounts have a sending limit that resets on Sundays (https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us/articles/230430967-Wealth-Transfer-Restrictions-Mail-Guild-Bank-), but it still seems that my account is still claiming it is hard limited to 0g even after the weekly reset.
