Can you point us to an elite spec that significantly impacted the difficulty of that fight? Because i for sure can't see one.

That fight is still pretty much unchanged as far as difficulty goes, and elite specs didn't make it any easier (which is understandable, because most of that difficulty was - and still is - dependant on things that have nothing to do with your build or stats).

Yes, the build was never much of a problem with Liadri, some people even managed to do her naked before and HoT was not even in development back then
