Sparking The Flame

Hi im not sure if im starting this post in right area i hope i am.

so the problem im having is once i enter the instance on the air ship for the sparking the flame quest it stops on the loading screen and freezes. i asked a friend to take me in and seeing if that helps i load in but then immediately freeze having to force close the game no cut sceen apears HELP!

ok figured out what it was before getting a reply from ticket turns out it was OVERLAY on discord so if anyone else gets this issue on loading screens make sure to turn off overlay on any program that might use it

Make sure to close your ticket by replying with the message, "I no longer need help."
