Mounts- improvement to Griffon; Raptor for every player

Again, people do not need to be equal and no they will not make it available to every player without the required expansions. It's tied directly into the expansions and the masteries for said expansions.

But mounts ARE available for every player, with a catch - during festival races you can rent them.

Enough to give you the feel how mounts work.

Heck, i ran some races on rentals, and then purchased PoF :)
