Can anyone give me a guess on the usual response time for tickets (not upset at all, just trying to gauge what the response time might be) I am a returning player and needed account help. Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted August 6, 2018 Share Posted August 6, 2018 Only if that particular GM is working, and only if there aren't any/many other tickets that have been responded to. As stated, the GMs, hopefully, don't just wait for responses. Don't forget, many other ticket submissions were responded to by players, as well.
