dragon.1239 Posted August 4, 2018 Share Posted August 4, 2018 Hey i send a ticket to support but i don't have any answer from long time, i have guild wars 1 account on other email, i know my password, login and name of character but i can't log to game because i can't receive sms code to authentication because i don't have my old phone number, can anyone take off this authentication form my account ? In ticket i write serial codes to nightfall, factions and eye of the north, but i can't find my code to prophecies, i send 3 tickets from other emails and wait for answer lot of time. Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted August 4, 2018 Share Posted August 4, 2018 Every duplicate ticket sends you to the back of the queue, and emails from multiple addresses makes it so much more difficult to ascertain whether the true owner is requesting assistance.
